- Are there any spelling, verb, or punctuation errors that you see? In particular, check for comma use.
- Can they add transition words? Here is an effective resource for those words.
- Is there a Works Cited list? Is it properly formatted?
- What overall feedback can you give? Offer two positive comments, and one thing they can work on.

e. Next class is a test: A short story or poem, six multiple choice questions (6 points), and an expository paragraph response (12 points). Structured similarly to Part A of the Provincial exam. (Here's the answer key)
